I am trying to connect to Morrowind online tes3mp server via tes3mp-client-default but the server page is blank

Hi I am trying to connect to tes3mp server via tes3mp-client-default but the server page is blank. I have values in tes3mp-client-deafult.cgf set as following

So what sholud I do ? Thanks for your answers and advices. I am not trying to make my own server I would rather join existing one
